Data and service providers
The service stores answers, progress, timing, frozen results, verified payment status and minimal first-party usage events in Supabase. Railway hosts the site and Stripe processes payment. No account, exact age, education, occupation or health information is requested. Hosting receives technical request information including IP and browser details. The application does not store card data entered on Stripe. Pseudonymous data is not automatically anonymous.
Private access and cookies
An essential HttpOnly session cookie authorizes private access; the server stores only its token hash. Recovery codes are also hashed. A separate HttpOnly language preference cookie lasts one year after your choice. It grants no report access. No advertising pixels or external analytics are installed. Answers, scores, private codes and report content are not included in usage events or share URLs. Share cards contain only the game score and recreational disclaimer.
Approved retention for live launch
Unpurchased answers and results are removed after 30 days of inactivity. Purchased reports remain accessible for 90 days; their details are removed within 30 days after access ends, except justified support or dispute holds. Expiry is checked on every request and database cleanup runs hourly. Pending payments and open reviews are preserved for reconciliation. First-party usage events are removed after 30 days. Encrypted application backups are kept for up to 30 days. Removing data from the active service does not remove it immediately from existing backups.
Financial records and requests
Minimal transaction references, amounts, currencies, dates and payment states are retained for seven years after the end of the year of the latest financial transaction, with annual review. Documented legal obligations, open disputes or unresolved payments may require longer retention; the reason and review date are recorded. This does not extend report access or retention of detailed answers. For access or deletion requests, contact admin@iqnest.pro; proportionate proof of ownership is required. Stripe may retain its own records under its obligations and policies.
Access in this environment
Browser sessions last seven days. After server confirmation of the first payment, private report access and the active recovery code last 90 days. Before purchase, recovery codes last up to 30 days. Replacing a code invalidates the previous one. An expired attempt cannot be purchased again.

Support: admin@iqnest.pro. Use this address for payment, access, privacy and refund requests. Include the payment reference and purchase date. Never send passwords, recovery codes or full card details. Restoring access without a code requires checking ownership through the contact verified on the payment. No response-time promise is active yet.
Technical logs
Application maintenance and backup logs under our control are kept for up to 30 days and exclude answers, reports and private recovery codes. Infrastructure and payment providers maintain their own technical and security records under their policies; their available viewing window does not guarantee immediate deletion from all provider systems.
